High Potential Account Manager position

Account Manager Job Description

  • Grow branch slab sales with assigned accounts
  • Call on assigned fabricators on a regular schedule
  • Keep tool representatives informed on slab sales and account activities
  • Increase slab sales
  • Drive sales growth
  • Keep fabricator samples up to date
  • Follow up calling on holds
  • Help to drive increased referrals/walk in traffic
  • Coordinate with tool representatives to increase tool and sink sales
  • Maintain regular contact schedule with Fabricators
  • Upselling homeowner holds to bundles
  • Coordinate fabricator deliveries
  • Partner with assigned fabricators to identify program opportunities
  • Slab Programs: Natural
  • Sinks: Kohler, Sterling, Symbol, Dakota
  • Plumbing
  • Maintain lost sale logs
  • Maintain call logs/activity


The ideal Account Manager must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years commercial sales experience
  • Must be a self-starter who can take initiative and maintain professionalism and flexibility in a high paced work environment
  • Expert in communication
  • Have a firm understanding of all products that Triton Stone has to offer and have complete understanding of what our competitors offer
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • High School or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
